Organic Safflower seeds

The organic safflower seeds we sell are mainly from Kazakhstan and Russia. Due to the isolated location, the vastness of the area and the low fertility of the soil Safflower usually grows in large amounts as a wild plant. Because of the strong taproot, the organic Safflower plant is able to grow well in dry climates. With organic Safflower seeds, hybrid varieties, fertilizers or pesticides will not be used. The majority of the organic Safflower seeds grows in the mountains, away from the pollution. Therefore, the organic Safflower products from Kazakhstan and Russia are 100% natural and they retain the natural aroma and taste.

The organic Safflower oil has a LO of +/- 80.
